Exceptional experience working with Jim Hicks at Airport Marine. Called in to discuss a possible repower of an old Boston Whaler and Jim was extremely helpful from the start. He gave me a great high level overview of the potential project including budgetary costs on the fly. A few more calls with Jim and I knew this was the right place to get the work done. Had them install a new Mercury Pro XS plus some new lights and Garmin unit while they had it. Everything was meticulously completed on time and with great communication. Went to pick the boat up and they had actually just washed it expecting my arrival. Highly recommend Jim Hicks and the folks at Airport Marine!

Shout out to Gary & friends at Airport Marine for outstanding technical service and support. One year ago, Gary corrected a sporadic starting problem that plagued my Yamaha for several years. Since then the problem has not reoccurred and needless to say, my time on the water has been much more enjoyable. My experience at Airport Marine was singularly exceptional. Happy Anniversary!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner & employees are extremely rude. As a paying customer you’d think these people INCLUDING THE OWNER would have some sort of respect for their paying customers but they have shown me & several others they don’t care about customer service, they want to get paid & have you out of their hair like you’re an annoyance to them. Never again will I bring my boat & my other water crafts back to this company. They were extremely unprofessional about everything.

They did some repairs on my boat last spring but only a week or so ago I was finally able to get it out and check it out. It wouldn't start, so I took it back and they stopped what they were doing to check it. It was something totally unrelated to the original repairs, but they still fixed it and only charged for the part with no labor. These guys are really committed to quality work at a fair price.

Excellent service and quality in service department. Way beyond anything you can find anywhere else. I had used them for years then moved over an hour away and used another well know boat service department. I have had to go back to Airport Marine even over an hour away, just because of their people, dependability, and so much more customer service I can’t describe just how great they are. Thank you Robert, Dave and everyone else who should be named. You have my business for as long as I have a boat.

There is a reason they win all the service awards, they treat u right, get your boat back on the water fast and do great service work. Also I bought my boat over the phone when I arrived there were no surprises everything was as it was told to me. if u are looking to to appreciate AFTER the sale this is the dealership for u.

I highly recommend Airport Marine if you are looking to purchase a boat! We just purchased one and our salesman was Ryan. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact tri-toon we were looking for. Then when our boat came in, him and the mechanic Ryan went above and beyond to show us everything we would need to know about our boat. Airport Marine has exceptional salesman and staff and the best boat you could want.
